Wow, I've never paid her music any attention but I get it now!!! definately have goosebumps. They didn't have synchronizers and all those other ways of making people sound better back then so she can really sing.

The thing anbout Ms. Kackson is that not only does she sing the song, but she feels the power of the words and BLASTS them out. No doubt one of the greatest singers of ALL TIME

I am just learnin about Mahalia - I'm pretty sure she is part of that great cloud of witnesses in Heaven and I'm pretty sure she and Jesus wrote a new song together! Now if they would just sing it to us but we may have to wait |
