no the second guy, that is Steve Morris (don't confuse him with Steve Morse of Deep Purple). Steve Morris was one of the guitar players for Ian Gillan's solo band, I believe from the early 90's when Ritchie Blackmore fired Gillan (then Gillan went solo) and replaced him with Joe Lynn Turner.
