Um, well lets see, there was George Washington Carver. The stop light, the air conditioner, and of course a host of rather mundane things that are really of not much significance these days dealing with steam technology, but there are just as many white inventions that don't matter any more either.

Exactly what did black people invent? Musically and sportingly they have excelled but name one black scientist or inventor that has contributed anything of note. If the blacks hadn't been enslaved then the world of popular culture would be a very different place but apart from that there would be no difference.

I have to at the same time agree and disagree with you here. If there wasn't slavery it's true we probably wouldn't have half the stuff we have in America and the world. Yet, that doesn't mean Africa would be a super power. There are a hundred different reasons Africa is still impoverish, and slavery is a very small reason behind that. Also, some of the black accomplishments in America came from previous white work, same goes for some white accomplishments too though.
