The second master is Li Guichang, student of Dong Xuisheng. He was a very highly skilled practioner of Xingyi and had many students in Taiyuan. He also served at one time as the vice president of the Shanxi Xingyi Assoc.

Xingyiquan is dangerous on the ground also, as its energies all apply there in other forms. many don't know this. Besides, you take a XYQ man to the ground, you had to get there from a stand up fight, and you probably aren't in very good shape by that time anyway. If he did his job in the standup phase, the ground game is just mop up for him.

Its all about having an integrated body, having integrity in the body and mind. Having a spine, as they say. If this is solid and is transmitted even while moving, and applied with correct timing (a crisp mind and eyes, and brave heart needed for that), then XYQ is incredible in combat!

The stuff at the end is a two man form as Dragon said. It is used, often with a lot of speed and intent, to practice the 5 elements and countering them.
