well its kinda like this (taken from experience).. When you drive on the Autobahn in Germany, witch is the only road in the world with no speed limits, you have to keep to the left at all time, since the slower slacking cars are to keep to the right.. so he has his blinkers on to signalise that he is keeping to the right

I fucking hate people that are driving like those mother fuckers at 0:37 / 0:38. GET OF THE AUTOBAHN OR ATLEAST STICK TO THE FUCING RIGHT! PEOPLE WHO ARE DRIVING LIKE THE ROAD IS SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVEN ARE RIDING TO THE LEFT!! SLACKERS LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD TO THE RIGHT, OR EVEN BETTER.. YOU SHOULD STICK TO 90 km/h roads if you cant drive faster...... I would have wished you had died if he crashed into your rear at that point.. driving like that should count as a murder
