You know 'the man' is going to come after you for this and you will loose your license to practice. 'THE MAN' DOES NOT CARE. Although you may be right in everything you claim in this matter by the book, in practice the tax enforcement that is real today will NEVER change, these things are set into stone in the us police state that now is. Support the exodus OUT of the western countries now, it is your ONLY way to escape genocidal countries who use taxes to fund abortion and other abominations.

Why you don't start a search ? What he is telling is simple The Truth but a lot of things are behind thid. You all MUST start a research to find out how IGNORANCE has been the greatest weapon against us. Economist, before you opine do your home work. All the income tax we pay goes direct to UK and we pay for paper printed by the Federal Reserve. We are nothing more than ccrporations not citizens as stated in the Constitution. Everything is interloquet do your research.

"but I have always put exempt so I guess do as I have always done than" The number of exemptions you list on the W4 dictates that amount that your employee will withhold for you and send to the IRS. If you choose zero exemptions then they withhold the largest amount. Typically a person will give the same number of exemptions (such as children) on the W4 as they do on their return.

Yeah, I realized it was W-4 after I posted the comment, but thanks for the clarification. And thanks for letting me know that I was going to not fill out the W-4 again but I have always put exempt so I guess do as I have always done than.

"I mean W-4. Is it required to fill out a W-4?" kiasta, the form you fill out when starting a job is the W-4. The W-2 is the form that your employer provides that shows how much you made and how much tax was withheld from your paycheck. You can choose to not fill out a W-4 but then your employer is required to withhold at the maximum amount (no exemptions) from your paycheck and deposit those funds with the IRS.

"How many people have successfully followed this advice and never paid a dime in taxes" ZERO. Good post econmists.

There's an easy answer to all tax protesters: Go ahead, don't pay any taxes ... and see how far you get. That's the one thing tax protesters never talk about: statistics. How many people have successfully followed this advice and never paid a dime in taxes? If you don't wind up in prison you will probably wind up with a lien on your property and a garnishment on your wages. Even this dude can't avoid collection. He's gonna pay up just like the rest of them.

kiasta (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
So you're saying that I am not required to fill out ANY tax forms? I have read all the allegations but it doesn't not specifically say. I have never filed a tax return form. I have filled out a tax form when starting a job. I don't remember what it was called I think it was W-2. Anyways do we not even need to fill any of those out or not?

All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the international Bar Association located at the Inns of Court at Crown Temple, which is physically located at Chancery Lane behind Fleet Street in London. Although they vehemently deny it, all Bar Associations in the U.S., such as the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, or California Bar Association, are franchises to the Crown.
