I will keep researching this to get to the bottom of it, but the IRS never directly answers the question. The reporter asks the gentleman what the requirement to pay taxes is and he answers that "it's a fundamental construct!" HUH? no law??
And he lies - our schools are paid by local property taxes NOT our income tax!

I've been reading up on this - using critical thinking and in every interview with the IRS they never cite the law that requires us to pay taxes! There are actual court cases that the IRS sued people because they didn't pay taxes and the jury found the defendents NOT guilty because the LAW was never produced.

Not from Income Taxes, but other taxes we constantly pay: property taxes, sales taxes, taxes on our gas, electricity, phones, cars, city, etc... for example for example our highways maintanance and construction comes from gas taxes,
There are hundreds of taxes we pay all the time.
