I see this guy all the time. He gets right in your face and will ask for money or food about five times before saying "Fuck You" and walking off. He currently haunts the food court near where I work, and most of the business owners call security the moment they see him.

Pandhandlers like that make me angry. I support no panhandling in Yorkville.
I no longer sit on the railing-side of outdoor cafes because of guys like him.

Fuck I hate people like him. I no longer sit on the railing-side of sidewalk cafes because assholes like him harass you for change or cigarettes.
I support an anti-panhandling law for Yorkville. And the deportation of that panhandler.
