Greystone Property is now currently being used again as of July 2008 for mental health. As for this gigantic builiding.... i have no clue if it is being demolished yet. I know it's still there... reminds me of the silence of the lambs asylum.
WeirdNJTV (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
It was. Currently it is all vacant and on the verge of being demolished.
minion6500 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
so half of it is maintained and upkeeped and the other half is vacant?
KafkaCrow (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
This video is a little sensationalist, but it's good otherwise.

This clip is a rough cut of a segment that was never aired, hence the "cheesy sound effects" you hear were merely included for placement. The "cable zombie" narration is the voice of a production assistant. This is sort of what you might consider a demo, not a finished piece. Still, we felt that viewers might find it interesting, in spite of all of its unpolished edges, because it will never be seen on regular TV.
PS: SalesDudeMcBoob--Give up on the music, it's really bad.

Thanks for making this, Weird NJ, but your cheesy sound effects and "cable zombie" approach are really distasteful. If you want to make a shaving cream commercial, do it. Your short attention span gimmicks don't suit this subject matter. If you were a student and this was your homework I wouldn't just fail you, I'd have you expelled.

Let's not forget the part Joe Hill played in the line of hobo protest singers. These people were the true Americans; the America I like to think still exists beneath that veneer of artificiality so blindly supplied by the Corporations. |
