DirecX 10 is included in Windows Vista AFAIK, and only works on it.

does this game have directx 10 on the disk ready to install if you dont have it?because i read somewhere that on the box it will say directx 10(included).

I would say its VERY open ended. You get an objective and how you want to acomplish it is up to you.
