The song is about everlasting love, and understanding what that truly means. We take people in our lives for granted, and its hard to understand that until its gone. If we thought about it for one second, that we may never see a loved one again I think the world would be a much better place for it. We scream at our spouses, we decide to stop talking to our parents or whatever be the case because we're sure we can fix it some other time. That's never a given and I think the video illustrates that
