ok i am the store manager for jiffy lube in madison.. i can promise you that things have changed since this happened.. if anything like this were to happen in my store id have every one of my guys balls on a rope.. jiffy lube is one of the most respected names in the quick lube business for a reason.. the hell with these lazy bastards come see me at jiffy lube in madison on juction court.. tell them u read this and we will give u 10$ off

You can open a shop called "jwanx89x lube", and do the right thing all day long. By being a part of that chain, you BENEFIT from their national advertising and their corporate goodwill, so sorry, you ARE partly responsible for what the other Jiffy Lube's are doing.

Fuck jiffy lube.I worked at tarzana & northridge jiffy lube.They pressure you 2 sell& you work like a slave.They say u can become a crew chief if u keep hustling all customers. The pay is wack !!!!!!!Jesse James 818

Here is THIER latest scam: You go in and ask them "what's the best oil change I can get for under $40." They will tell you a non-total price by saying "the 76 Synthetic upgrade cost $28.99". Then later you find out that the price is $28.99 plus the standard base price of $36.99 for a total of $61.69

im a Jiffy Lube Employee and I have good news for everyone! jiffy lube at that time was owned by shell ....now a new company is buying out all of the jiffy lubes and replacing managers and staff in a heart beat and believe me this new corperation has a zero tallerance policy for cutting corners
