tiny references. of course if they're Christian guys their faith is going to come through.
But to call them exclusively a Christian band would be a lie, because they make music that can speak to everyone. and excluding non-Christians from the music (like you and others are trying to do) would be totally unfair.

Or how about "The Shadow Proves the Sunshine," "The Setting Sun," "The Fatal Wound"- p.s. the "Son of Sorrow" is Christ, "Dare You to Move"- when redemption AND salvation are spoken of in the same verse, it means GOD'S- "You Already Take Me There"- Heaven in the here and now, lose myself in Grace(just two phrases from it)- "Love Is the Movement"- the whole thing screams out God's name- "Innocence Again"- only by God can you be given innocence again, "Grace is sufficiency"

okay, for those who don't think switchfoot is a christian band, saying you haven't even heard God's name in one of their songs, look at "only hope"-i mean the lyrics say "sing to me the song of the stars, OF YOUR GALAXIES" Who else can claim ownership of the galaxies?-also, "something more(augustine's confession)," "sooner or later(soren's song)," and especially "under the floor,"- Who could this chorus be about other than God?- and "new way to be human, + these are all from one album only
