it's good that you're splitting your food intake up in some little meals, that's a progress! I can understand, that you only that 'safe food' in the beginning, I wish you can eat some cake anytime and feel good about it :) I also understand the comments about the obsession with food, but that's what an eating disorder is about and if you don't want to be triggered then don't watch it, it's your choice. maybe she just wants some opinions from others who struggle too? go on girl, get healthy
