loki is an impersonation of a certain force of nature the backstabbing trickster, saga's are written about that impersonation not about loki himself you can ask whatever you like

Loki is bound to a rock with a serpent dripping venom on his head, so can he still answer prayers and stuff? Not trying to sound stupid, just can't find that much information about this particular subject. Any information about how to honor Loki would be greatly appriciated.

no not at all loki is known as the prankster he isn't like an 'evil' god or something but according to some saga's he can be a bastard no reason to worry though there is always a god where people feel connected to the most

The only thing I consider "bad" about that question is, .......that you asked. You do not need anyones guidance for this. My PERSONAL belief is that Loki is a great ideal to follow, though only so far. Being clever and sly is something all should know and to at the same time look out for. Once you pridefully do either with examples of your "cleverness" you become a fool in Loki's eyes. IMHO

Is it bad, or maybe weird, to be drawn to Loki? I've always felt more connected to him than any other Norse god. We even look something alike, judging by a painting of him I found on wikipedia.

yeah but the vikings have roots all over the world so anyone of almost european heritage could have viking ancestors, but the true pure-blooded vikings come from scandinavia yes
