Damn right! That voice hasn't changed in decades. Make me feel like I'm in my twenties again.

This song is a classic and obviously you can't recognize what they are trying to say, especially considering you can't even spell ...much less listen to the lyrics of the song separate from the music and appreciate each individually
-- if you think this song is bad, I suppose you must be quite young

how can this song be one of someones all time favorite songs this song is so fucking bad i cant believe jimmy paige has anything to do with it. Zep to the firm this not olny is terrible for paige but the Firm is some of the most boring music ive ever heard EVER

These guys felt the vibe in synch. Only great bands ever achive it. The thing that gets me-is that they are SO underrated. CHEERS!

During the formative years of my exposure to music Jimmy Page was my hero. Throughout the course of begining to play guitar I played Led Zeppelin, The Firm, The Outriders and other Jimmy Page guitar music.

With all respect to Tony Franklin, he is probably one rung on the ladder below Entwistle. But I am old school. If you like bass check out Victor Wooten play amazing grace.

Don't leave out Tony Franklin dude! set aside John Entwistle, Tony's probably the best I've seen. His fretless stuff is amazing, and he was the first to introduce fretless to metal. Gilmore ((Floyd) says he's the best he's played with. I saw this band twice...both times they were amazing. Their rock star antics a bit silly in this video though. Kind of an overkill by Page, but what the fuck...he's the man.

Just the blend of Paul Rogers and Jimmy page was enough to sell this band to me when I was a kid, both ROCK!!!! |
