Everyone is talking about posture, funny b/c tai chi is, for beginners, all about postures, but the true insight of tai chi comes from proper breathing and controlling the chi flow, which requires, as a side requirement, meditation.
This video shows the moves, you have to do it and experience it (seriously) to get what Tai Chi is truly about.

My body has problems with the palpitations and got a stomachache,i tried to go to doctor, they just gave me some medicine without constructive solutions, i was disapoited and depressed, Fortunately I learned the Tai-Chi and it took it away of my healthy problems within 3 months since i learned it.
Anyhow I'm playing Tai-Chi everyday coz it really makes me healthy~~share to every bodies ^O^
