Are you sure you're using the right size screws? Are you trying to put them in the right place? Check the directions, it all lines up perfectly. Good luck.

Yeah, I think we're talking about the same thing. I opened the rails, there are three holes that I can access but only one leads to the pre-made hole in the wall. But do I have to push deeply in order to get the screw to connect with the wall through the metal hole? I'm having trouble getting from the metal to the wood, after extending the rail. Should I hammer the screw a little to widen the metal opening?

I'm trying to think back and perhaps you have to open the rails in order to be able to access the holes to screw them in to the walls. Assuming we're talking about the same thing.

Hey, I have the same dresser and I'm having trouble putting together. How did you get the screws through the metal stands so that they are able to permanently stick to the wooden interior? I'm talking about the screws that are not used to attach the stands to the drawers. I'm having trouble with that part. I can easily finish the drawers, but they will have nothing to slide onto properly. ^^;

Some body is too slow. I like that at the end. It made me laugh. Ironically after that last edition, a ACTUAL time is not given for making the draws.
