wow at 4:00 and after, the wind was realy picking up... I'm never gonna experience hurricanes since i live in norway :(

Certainly. Anytime you live east of the hurricane's path, there's always a risk of tornadoes. So, the answer to your question is yes. This information came straight from the meteorologist on TV.
