There is NO general "tech shortage". The shortage thing is a LIE created by business lobbyists in order to have more choice without paying for more choice. Microsoft rejects TONS of qualified citizens, and Congress does not call them on it.

Bloomberg reported today:
"The number of Silicon Valley jobs was down 8,200 in August from this year's high point. Unemployment hadn't rebounded to its highs of this decade after more than 100,000 jobs were lost from 2000 to 2002, and the region doesn't face Wall Street's risk of losing finance jobs."
So much for Indians "helping the U.S. economy". Funny how before you got here our economy was booming.

I am in the real world. Unlike you, I have been to Japan 4 times. Japan has the strictest immigration in the world because they don't want their nice clean country trashed up and destroyed by FOUR MILLION faking third-world mud puddlers from a country like India. Wipro and the other tandoori griftshops may have a prescence there but it's a few hundred people, not MILLIONS like get into America. The Japanese are not stupid. Your griftology plans won't work quite so well there. HA HA.

Why is it paining me? Not because I lost any job. Outsourcing and tandoori labor don't affect me because I am at the top of my field and make $100/hr, unlike you. It's paining me because I am watching my country's economy being destroyed before my very eyes by a horde of faking 3rd world grifters.

Yeah - and Sun began laying of AMERICAN workers in 2000 and replacing them with tandoori and noodle-owners. Sun is the SEVENTH largest IT company in America. It takes a decade or so for useless 3rd world parasites to grift all the money out of a company that size but now it's finally happening to Sun. Apple's stock was in the toilet in 2001 because Steve Jobs was kicked out and didn't come back until 1997. (I know, I used to work there - unlike you). Apple's stock has been soaring since 2003.
