Sounds like the power jack has got fried if the psp works it's not the motherboard.

I suggest you google bluetooth psp, i don´t know if this guys method will work but you can get a bluetooth adapter for psp I have one.

hey i was wondering how i would be able to fix my psp... the fuse on my psp charge (where i put my ac adapter in) has gotten fried.. I was wondering if i would need to buy a new motherboard because the psp works fine...its just that i cant charge it and cant play it without battery. Please give some suggestions on where i can get it fixed plz Thank you

INTERNAL BT adapter LOL yeah right so you made an audio port with bluetooth... not impressed. those wires going out of the PSP are speaker cables there's no way you we're able to "pair" the PSP and your silly bluetooth speaker.. and you will never succeed too good luck... but having PSP recognize eachother through bluetooth and send stuff over will also never happen talking about making people happy with a dead bird.. bluetooth on PSP is a no-go... your progress lol. there'll be none at all
