theres no syndicate involved with these poor girls scamming ,just peer pressure, and really being poor, I guess begging is better than Prostitution.They really believe all foreigners are rich, and they are very nieve other than this scam, if you say your a famious actor they will believe you,or if you say im a millionair they will believe that.the ones who do get money brag and make the others jellious, so its tempting to them, but most filipinas are very good women, just misguided is all.
