PULP was not based on a book. The segment in the hotel room with Butch and his wife were written by Roger Avary and the entire gold watch idea was by him also. Q.T. did everything else. RUM PUNCH was the only book he adapted.

brown and fiction were based on books, but reservoir dogs was his best film, its simple but draws you in more than any other one of his movies can

film likes are different for everyone, Kubrick is in the top 20 for sure but he is not the best, there is no best and the reason his films are so good is because he would spend a decade on each

So? Have you actually read the book RUM PUNCH? It has much different dialog from the film.

while i like his hollywood take on older movies. I think that his ideas are not original but they are pretty well done, hes as close as people should go to see "remakes"
