They call it The Endless Summer, the ultimate surfing adventure, crossing the globe in search of the perfect wave. From the uncharted waters of West Africa, to the shark-filled seas of Australia, to the tropical paradise of Tahiti and beyond, these California surfers accomplish in a few months what most people never do in a lifetime...They live their dream. Director Bruce Brown creates a film so powerful it has become a timeless masterpiece that continues to capture the imagination of every new generation. When it first played in theaters, audiences lined up to see it again and again, spellbound by its thrilling excitement and awesome photography. But in fact, what's most compelling about the film is the sport of surfing itself, and once you've seen it, you'll never forget why. www.surf30.net

yeah im a 14 year old from denver colorado every summer i go to my grandparents house in st. augustine florida to surf and body board i have done this the last three years and i say if you really love surfing then dont stop people will call you names and tell you downgradeing things about your surfing style but who cares! you've only got one life so you might as well do what you love instead of worrying about what people think.

Hello Dont worry You are young and you have your whole life to find a surf spot :D I'm 23 and I surf since the 15. I live in front of a beach in Brazil. And I always have friends starting to surf even now in the university. Good luck and while you cant surf on beach, try snowboard, sandboard, skateboard, all of those are cool, and if you are good on them, once you get a board, you will be good on surf too very soon. Ahhh if you live near a lake, try skimboard ;)

no, go surf. only douche bags discourage surfing. just don't try and paddle out at a really competitive break
