I love going into the city to see the lights, kinda sad, but I do the shopping with my mum at the same time lol :P It's really great when u go up near christmas :D

Glasgow Theres Nuthin Like It, i remember coming back to visit ma auld granny,when i was a kid, and pulling down the train windae, and the smell of Central Station hits you, 40 years on and its still the same

There was a film in 1979 about the gangs of Glasgow called 'The Warriors'. The slogan on the poster for that film read: "These are the armies of the night. They are 10,000 strong, they outnumber the cops five to one. They could run Glasgow city. Tonight they are all out to get the Warriors".
OK so it was set in New York but I think it would have been better had they set that film in Glasgow.

I was born in Glasgow and lived there for 20 years until I moved to London to start uni. I don't think I could ever live in Glasgow again, which is a shame. I get sad when I come back home cos I feel as though there is nothing left for me. I feel as though living in Glasgow was a long time ago.
