I like Ne-Yo but this song is not my favourite. In my oppinion "Miss independent" is the best song which he has ever made and he should make so songs ever... but on the one hand i can understand it because every singer is trying to sing some new things.

I know what you mean, but it's not trying to be an up-beat song... its a chill out song, get drunk and relax... then reconsider :) the meaning is in the name - CAN WE CHILL? It's a good song in my oppinion
