tommyk77-it's not 'God' who has told those Muslims they are 'correct'; they've decided that themselves and trumped that decision by bringing the 'subject' (not God Himself) into it. They can't REALLY bring God into anything-they can just say it and hope enough will believe it. Voices in one's head is one thing, but studying various Scriptures and finding evidence of Greatness is another. I've done the latter. What's been predicted in Holy Scripture and come true is way beyond 'human' ability.

Just as a passing point of interest, Jesus was born in April/May. The 25th date was so that converts could still have a winter festival where they once had the winter solstice and Saturnalia.

Maher was spotless all the way through, as any atheist is in that situation.
The last part was dumb. Ever asked something you don't believe exists if it exists? This so called God has told Muslims they are correct, Christians that they are correct, Jews that they are etc.
It really is just a voice in your head.

Woopie actually had some cool shit to say in this interview.
I still think Maher is just a straight up asshole, he's no better then the fundamentalists he slams all the time with the way he crams his ideals down your throat. Both he and the fundies can kiss my ass.

Baha'u'llah was a false prophet.
He has nothing to offer concerning the truth.
BUT, you may still get saved.
And this would be good.

One more thing for now: The Star of Beethleem was a comet. The same comet that comes around for all of God's Messengers/Prophets. For the first time in history, God decided to send two (2) twin Messengers: The Bab (9 year ministry) and Baha'u'llah. Christ had John the Baptist as His forerunner (his announcer). John wasn't a Prophet. Baha'u'llah had the Bab (a Prophet) as His forerunner (ibid). The twin comets mirrored the twin Prophets. This is a special time. Embrace it before it's too late.

...Sirius had had a companion; a belief announced in 1844. It was proved to be true in 1862, on the eve of Baha'u'llah's declaration: That He was the Promised One of all ages! As I said, apart from all those signs (there are many more examples too numerous to recount here) you have to look at Baha'u'llah's life and what He accomplished. The Baha'i Faith is the fastest growing religion in the world. Our Founder has shown to fulfill all of Christ's promises and more! He IS the Promised One. Read!

And not only that; if you look at what happened in 1844, you'll see a whole host of things that were mentioned in the Bible for to happen to announce His coming. Read William Sears' book: 'Thief in the Night'. In that book you can find references to astronomers accounts (verifiable) of the days of total darkness, followed by so many shooting stars the night sky was lit up like daylight. There was a comet that could be seen even at noon it was so bright. Apart from all these external signs...

trac4yt, I now can understand why a lot of people aren't interested in learning about God. The bald-faced arrogance you display is astonishing! To quote a Bible reference that mentions people who were 'blind in their heart' and use that to call ME spiritually blind is simply rude! YOU are the one who is actually 'practicing' blindness by purposely NOT LOOKING at the passages I mentioned to you. How can you argue with the Christ? He absolutely told His disciples where to look to find out when! |
