I have a 91 strus plus with the jeff beck roller nut and lace sensors. I play through a jcm 900 marshall 2 by 12 unit. I use a pick for jazz and faststuff only. This set up is close to what jefff beck uses . Jeff uses a quad boxes and marsahll vale heads. he does use a a distorition box, a delay and a wah.The rest is in his hands. Only jeff beck makes me say " how the hell is he doing that??!"

well, you should pick one size of strings and stick with them; changing string tension on a stratocaster messes with the action and tremolo tension. So pick a size you like, put them on and get them stretched out. Then tune your guitar perfectly, dive bomb a few times, and see how it ended up being tuned. If you're going sharp loosen your spring tension, if you're going flat tighten it. Retune your guitar and repeat again and again until your guitar can survive a few divebombs.

wait all the strings actually go sharp.does that mean i losen it in the back or tighten it.and my springs have been changed so many times since i got it cuz i put 12 on then went back to 10s then 9s

thanks.i got locking tuners and the wammy bar was still bad.but after having fun with and dive bombing a lot and then tuning my guitar stayed in tune!!!!
