Lol, a 2 minute Government advert. What an absolutely unncessary waste of tax-payers money - you can tell this is a government advert for sure. Does it really need 2 minutes of extremely expensive airtime to get the message across? That's good money that could actually be spend on doing something.
Money wasting fucktards.

people wasting energy everyday such as leaving equipment on standby, traveling frequently by car and being plain careless with energy are to blame for this advert, people should realise that wasted enrgy is wasted money.
Its not hard to act, Act now for our future and our childrens future.

I think the musics been composed for the commercial, but it does sound very much like the style of John Adams. It could be something of his I've not heard though.

Damn right it's propaganda the human race cannot at this time produce nearly enough co2 to cause climate change. More co2 is released by natural means than the whole of species.
As for global warming the earth is actually cooling right now

climate change = political propaganda

arthursllim (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
this is actually serious though. co2 does have a huge difference on our planet. part of the reason venus is so hot is because its crammed full of the stuff.
if we keep rising the temperature of our planet we will go into an ice age, and then things will get rather nasty, something you dont want your chrildren to go through. |
