You can tell he was on a harness, which really isn't that difficult to be in. Thanks to green screens and cameras, you can make a person look like they're moving when all they're doing is posing. Check out the behind-the-scenes footage of the flying scenes from Heroes. Honestly people. Google stuff you don't know.
