Go for X-fi, 2GB low latency kits, velociraptor 150gb and a gtx260, a matching mobo and about 150-200$ cpu of any builder. Of good get some support on hoy to mount properly into a good case, both tacens victoria are good for this. 100$ psu with dual pcie connector should be ok.

First get a motherboard that has 4 ram slots and choose the bottom one. its cheaper
