it's really a fucking shame that he had to die in a fucking helicopter accident. the world lost someone great that day, and i never had the chance to see him live :(
i'm just glad that clapton was not on the flight with him, but it's still a horrendous point in rock and blues history.

most musicians have good LP's, but with poor performances, focusing on image and marketing. SRV was a performer, not a sell out. |
