It's also definately a scam because he doesn't do private sessions lol! The only private sessions he's done for his show is when he talked to one of the guests with no cameras for a few minutes.

Yeah I'm sure the being all for publicity and not caring all went along with the fact he gave the people who were scammed out of their money relief. Especially the scammed woman who was trying to get hold of him for back problems And the fact that he sued these people after the show was over to keep them from doing it again. Course he did a show like this because it'll bring in viewers. That's how Hollywood works of course. But if he didn't care he wouldn't have done more to help after the show.

My goodness lol seems everything people do these days everybody's convinced is all publicity and nothing else. If a big movie star donates to a charity everybody says "They just want publicity". If that were the case Dr. Phil would not have pressed charges on these people after the show was over and that's exactly what he did. Of course he chooses certain shows because it'll bring viewers and it's an interesting show, but if that's all he cared about he would not have pressed charges.

Sorry but if this all came from wikipedia, I don't trust it haha. They've had so many false stuff on wikipedia it's forbiddon by most schools to use it as a reliable source for research papers. Anybody can edit whatever they want on there. So I actually could right now go to wikipedia and say "Dr. Phil was born a woman" and it would go right through haha. Sorry but people can say whatever they want on the internet. Plenty of false myths have come up all because somebody posted it on the internet
