uh,no...that helicopter had some major malfunction and the pilot tried to get some lift by gaining speed
"doing it right", if he was a pilot he wouldn't be doing it "wrong" by trying something like that on purpose
and if he destroyed that machine you're not going to pay taxes to buy a new one
it's a shame you didn't have the common sense to actually find out about things before acting all smart

yeah, that's why he was allowed to pilot one...
that helicopter had a malfunction and he should have aborted the ascent, instead he chose to try getting some lift by going vertical
