i also now work at oil can henrys that is privitly owned we dont do any of this just like jiffy didnt....and the fuel filter on the jeep isnt in the tank there full of shit its in line i know i used to own a jeep the thing the marked at 4 on was the fuel pump......

i used to work for them i never sold something that didnt have to be done or couldnt be done. and no one had a quota to meet and we didnt make any money on what we sold...maybe its just different in oregon. and the reason they didnt talk to the press is because they arnt allowed to and i can garentee the district manage is still there.

Awesome that he investigated this suspicion. To all of the people defending Jiffy Lube, even if you are an employee, shame on you. This is FLAT WRONG. Any way you look at it that is robbing people. Those people shouldn't just be fired, they should be tried in the court of fucking law. That is all.

Damage the car AND charge you money for it! Slightly clogged fuel filters cause fuel pumps to wear out extremely fast. He denies it until he sees it. They ought to all be whipped and wasted. I just went to JL and asked for the best oil change for $40 and ended up paying $63.95 because it was $39 just for the oil and an oil changed is all I wanted. It was another $22 for the car cleaning/inspection. And he did not even lift the whipers when he cleaned the windshield.

I am sure that it happens everywhere and also by companies other than Jiffy Lube! Years ago, Precision Tube scammed by mom for over $ 500.00. She didn't know any better since she didn't know anything about cars. The manager is in jail now!

got an oil change there last week. they said they tried starting my car and it wouldnt crank. Ive never had that problem with my car before, and its a pretty new battery. they HAD to have screwed somethin up. on top of that, when they were jump starting it, the jump starter kit fell out from the engine bay and scraped by bumper leaving quite a few scratches. i was PISSED. on top of THAT, i had black grease smudges ALLLLLL over my freshly detailed car, like a little kid was fingerpainting

thats not even the fuel filter on that jeep that is like a 96 cherokee .. the fuel filter is in front of the tank where is visable and very easy to do i just did one last week... thats the fuel pump

Fuck jiffy lube.I worked at tarzana & northridge jiffy lube.They pressure you 2 sell& you work like a slave.They say u can become a crew chief if u keep hustling all customers. The pay is wack !!!!!!!Jesse James 818
