I think I'm telepathic...can someone tell me if there was a certain year or something that you would be born in to be able to have stronger powers?I've heard the year of the most spirited or what ever was 1995...?Can someone clear me up on this?

experiments likes these are very tricky because a huge number of people sitting could be letting their minds wander. Even in this experiment you can hear people laughing, which makes it difficult to concentrate for either the subject or the people who are supposed to be "sending" the image to her.
