yes I hear that.. something about this song sticks with you... when i first heard it, it reminded of pirate music or maybe a spooky carnival tune.

Well considering that Song of Storms on it's own is incredibly repetitive, they decided to play it smart and throw in a couple of other familiar songs and turn it into a medley as to not bore/annoy players, and what better to go along with Song of Storms than Serenade of Water?
